I messed up on my skinning again...
Simple mistake with the mouse... So can you try to help?

I messed up on the head and it went into the hood... So can you see if I could somehow erase the mess up and not start from scratch or have a big hole in his head to replace?

The head is separate from the hood if you mean the hat layer. Open it in photoshop or gimp or something with transparency to erase it. Paint doesn't have transparency and wouldn't work. Otherwise, unless you still have it open and know how to use the undo key you kind of out of luck and will have to redo those parts.
Thanks man! I know about the hood, but the layout made it so they are almost connected, and with the slip of a mouse I messed it up D:
