I'm curious as to why one option has so many more than the other. BIO's skin is clearly superior. Just look at BIO's skin in opposition. Ugh.
He's the clear winner, there is literally no way I could have ever stood a chance.

I think the greatest misconception about all of the comments in here is that BIO's shading is related to the colors he used, while BIO's shading is attempting more to stay consistent to the style that BIO's come to be known for (which BIO might disagree with, but BIO would be wrong, in this instance).
The quality on BIO's cape is so, so much higher than BIO's, but I won't say that because it'd be rude to so blatantly call out an objectively far better execution of said cape.
Among other things, BIO's use of the colors, compared to BIO's use of the colors, is phenomenal; like I mentioned earlier, the point of using the colors to create good shading, rather than staying consistent with a pre-determined style, is what really elevates BIO's skin past BIO's.
That being said, I'm gonna have to go with BIO.

i think Bio's one did really well. but then again i love the way Bio did the other one, its a hard choice but i am gonna vote for Bio
