Im making a Barron of hell from Doom skin
Im trying to make a bunch of skins for the enimies from classic doom.
I decided to start with the barron of hell.
This is the source material I used
this is the result I got.
Can anybody give me advice on how to make it look better, and more accurate to the source material? Like with the horns, or adding more details to it?

Pretty good representation (it looks like you're hitting the limits of MC sskin resolution with the tusks and the usual difficulties with depicting protrubances with the horns).
Until I ran the animation…
The top and sides of the torso are pure white, as are the tops of the legs and much of the underside of the head.
These definitely need to be completed for the skin to look finished.
It is not clear how you made the skin (what program/widget), but several of tem allow one to selectively remove various body parts to allow better access to such areas.
Possible 'improvements:
► I'd darken the boots/hooves a bit more (based on the source showm)
► Possibly try angling the tusks outward (Looking at the source, I'm unclear whether they are supposed to point up or down.)
► Consider removing the central teeth (block of 4 whit pixels)
► If possible, you might trt showing more definition to the arm and torso musculature (This one may be quite hard to do)

Also, If you can give any sugestions on how to improve the face, or how the color scheme looks, that would really help.
