Looking for someone who can make a skin for me?

Heyy, I’m not really new to the platform.
However I’m in & out looking for a nice skin when I’m playing Minecraft.
There are lots of talented artist out there & I’ve seen beautiful works,
all I need is 2 different themed skins (both are girl skin)
common thing the skin have in common
- Black hair (one can be a mix of black & medium turquoise colour)
- Dark Brown eyes
First Skin
- theme is Vampire & Music
- Meaning there is a music note at the back while the rest is a vampire
- mouth just a smile with Fangs (idk ur the artist would it look good?)
Second Skin
- theme is Dragon with hoodie
- the colour if the Dragon I would like a mix of Medium Turquoise & Blue Violet while the hoodie can be Black or Royal Blue.
- the Dragon is at the back of the hoodie as well

Do you mean you want a dragon wearing a hoodie or a person wearing a dragon hoodie?
