hey,iv e made some mob skins,but idk if i can upload them in the "skins" section,or i need to make it a texture pack or what?

The Zombie and the Pig-Zombie actually share the texture format of the normal one, so you could just post those as normal skins. If you made any other mob that does not follow the same format, there's actually no place to post these. Maybe on the Texturing forum-section.
DO NOT post them as a texturepack, if you only have a few edited mobs. A texturepack should have major changes especially in the terrain, not just a few things like mob textures.
Alternatively, create and post a skin that is somehow related to the mob and post the mob-texture in the description as an extra.
