So, i've been making quite a lot of minecraft skins, and i really enjoy it. However, its not often you get input or helpful criticism on your work. Your skins need stronger contrast, and more shading, they look kind of plain. You might also want to try brighter colours. This tutorial by Leostero shows sort of what I mean: http://www.planetminecraft.com/blog/a-big-tutorial-on-skinning-transparent-pencil-shading-skinning-steps-tips-and-tricks-and-more/
I would recommend however, that you use a palette for shading and stuff, until you get really good at that, as the transparent pencil technique is really hard to do.
