Plexus MC is a network Severer dedicated to bringing players together and creating a great community!
We
are currently undergoing development and will be releasing alpha in the
upcoming week. We are looking for dedicated players to join our team
and help make Plexus MC grow.
Generation 1 > Plexus, under new management due to a deal with a guy who worked from Microsoft
Generation 2 > Plexus, guy from Microsoft was in a car accident destroying plexus, rebuilt and then became owned by MrFlacko
Generation 3 > Plexus went for a design of a business with partial owners and co owners until the lack of developers
Generation 4 > Plexus, new idiration with me partnered with someone and everything rebuilt in an organized way

- Discord (Microphone)
- Maturity *but know how to have fun*
- If accepted for a Staff role you must be able to attend staff meetings on discord
- Must be able to play a certain amount of hours per-week
The application process is unlike most servers I'm looking for a basic text
interview for whitelist players but will require both text and verbal
interview for staff players.

How long have you played Minecraft for:

Relevant Skills/Experience:
I've administrated and moderated quite a few successful servers in my life. I have a pretty decent grasp and understanding of most essential plugins used by most servers that utilize factions/towny/EssentialsX/as well as network-based servers. I've managed staff rosters before, and have adequate experience dealing with permission, delegation of responsibilities, and disciplinary actions for abusive/unruly staff as well. If you're needing someone to manage your forums/website as well as act out administrative capabilities in-game, than I can be very helpful in that aspect, as multitasking is very easy for me. My current work requires me to have good problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication abilities; so handling the server players in-game or on forums is within my specialty.
How much time can you spend on Minecraft per day:
Depending on my work schedule, I can be on a couple/few hours a day. This may exclude Sundays due to personal reasons. However, forums wise, I can have a constant presence due to availability of device to me even during work.
