I'd be more than happy to answer your questions. Currently we have two coders on the development team, we code for both Bukkit and Spigot. Currently, we have no released work from the team. The code rights to most of our plugins have been transferred to servers which they were coded for.
Also, our no acceptance policy simply means that if you quit/leave the team for any reason which involves a third party contract you will be subjected to a no acceptance policy by our team which means you will not be able to join the team again for a certain period of time.

Thanks

Couple questions about your organization, since your website doesn't provide much info.

- how many coders do you have at present?
- do you code for Bukkit/Spigot or forge?
- Where can I see examples of some of these free plugins you've made for clients?

EDIT:
One more question. What is meant by a "no acceptance" penalty as mentioned on your website?
