You do realize that selling anything like Skins and Texture packs is against the law, yes? Mojang has the copywrite for those templates so if you ever tried to sell them, you could be sued.
Also, no commercial advertising. Since you are talking about a for-profit company and recruiting for such, I am locking this thread.

Anyone who likes to make skins or mod texture packs could get a corperate workstream and possibly later on, make some cash, so it would be a minecraft supply company, i would proscess the orders, get customers and hook them up with who the needed to get what they need.
Why would anyone work for you?
