I am From My server Rival Raids and I just need one more thing before I can open it Publicly, a spawn! So there will be some requirements.

- Spawn size 101x101 or 81x81

-This is a factions Spawn So i want a place for people to get into the (wilderness) but not get back into spawn with out typing /spawn or /tpa etc...

- I need your skype name for contact reasons

- I am willing to pay 25-35$

- We will discuss the style of build If I choose you for my project

- I am looking for pro builders so no first timers...

- Age requirement 16 and up

- I would like too see some of your builds from other projects before i pick you...
