LOOKING FOR WEBSITE AND PLUGIN ENGINEERS (PAID POSITION)

Hey PMC!
I am part of a server and we are currently looking for a person or company that can help us with website/plugin engineering. We will need one that makes sure that users in creative can't drop items. (We know there are others out there, but we need it specific). We also need a plugin that links the website and MC server so when a user is banned, it is auto system just like http://bans.lichcraft.com/. We do not use MCBans and we use enjin for our website. If anyone knows where we can hire a company, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Although it seems like you're seeking custom plugins I believe there's already plugins that can do what you need. Enjin comes with it's own plugin which connects your server to your website. There's a ton of features including one which allows you to sync your groups to the groups on your server. I've pulled this from their bukkit page.
"Notes
As of this moment the plugin tracks bans and pardons and sends them to enjin as well. This feature is not currently implemented on Enjin, although we were told by bukkit dev staff we had to document this feature on the plugin page."
1. Basically, it means the plugin comes with the ability to track bans and keep track of them on your website. (Although they have yet to use it) The Enjin plugin comes with a lot of other features as well. Instead of trying to create one, I'd consider playing around with it.
2. I looked at the page you linked, and realized that the plugin they're using is right here. You can follow and set it up just like that to your website. http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/ban-management/
As far as the "not dropping items in creative" I know as well a ton of plugins which prevent this - you didn't provide any details on what else you needed it to do but a plugin I used to use on a few of my servers was Limited Creative.

Won't allow them to open chests, drop items, block commands, you can even blacklist a few items.
