So, You wanna join a huge Minecraft Crew?!
I am forming a crew which will be creating videos, server management, projects, graphics, skins, and everything else with Minecraft.
Groups
I will be recruiting 38 (possibly more) members. These 38 will be split up unevenly into 5 groups, where they will be doing different things. All member will be wearing a suit (or skirt and such if your female) and will choose a skin from the selected group you selected.
The Groups and their role will be:
Neutral Mobs - Let's Play Team 1
Hostile Mobs - Let's Play Team 2
Passive Mobs - Modder/Plugin Developer and Reviewers (will be reviewing parkour, seeds, mods, plugins and more as well as developing Mods/plugins)
Coloured Slimes - Technical Group (incharge of management of servers, video editing, Graphics design, website, and more!)
Comedy Group - Comical group (does thing such as Trolling and Comedy videos)
All Groups will interact with each other, and all groups can give ideas and help build on the servers (which will be coming soon).

Members of the group can contribute to this Project. Remember that this project will be very long and will constantly run but once we get it set up all we have to do is manage it.

As Crew Owner I am to manage all of you and give you task relating to what needs to be done. You are not in my command 100% of the time in the group so if you come up with a idea you can do it, just run it by me so I know what's happening.
Technically I'm in all the groups but I'm not gonna let you do all the work and me steal all the glory, such as Santa does with his Elfs. Creator will get credit for what they do. Every member will have their lime light.

All members require a working mic (for recording videos you must have a decent microphone). Members who need to, will need to be able to screen record (such as Let's Players). My 'TheHotGoose' Channel will be for various videos not really related to minecraft and gaming So i will be making a gaming channel. People who do their videos on their own will upload it to their channel, as a group in the appropriate group channel and if multiple groups in the main channel. We will also use the main channel for various videos such as announcements.

As I am sure you are aware posting the same video on youtube in two or more places is not really allowed and will definetly not be allowed if we enter partnership in the future.
