Need Builders and Server Host

Hi, guys! I'm sparx as you can very well see. I'm making an amazing map, but it's just so mind-bogglingly large. I'm having my friend MCEdit, or VoxelSnipe or whatever, a world into a pretty cool landscape. I'll need someone who's good at making an item detector, as in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UWZEDU8s ... KonYqHezdw or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v25a7nsR ... e=g-all-f#, people who can build in general, and someone who can put the world on their server and Op us.

-Expeience Um...well...I don't exactly have much experience I can SHOW you, but my last project was working on a working in game-timer run by redstone to countdown to 0:00, for a custom map I WAS working on before I realized I was attempting the impossible [working on it by myself and building it from scratch, all in game].
-Ability to host a server (1-10. LOLJK. 1/0, or do you speak binary yes and no?) Sadly, I cannot.
-Type of building you do Well, I seem to like attempting projects I cannot finish by myself...normally fortresses [although, a floating island town was made by me, I just wish I had a picture of it to show], and otherwise, just buildings I find interesting to build. Still working on getting good at making visually appealing buildings [it's hit and miss for me], and the only major issue I have is decoration.
-Anything else? The only real issue with me helping is my internet causes me to lag. It's bearable on my end, but not sure how much you could handle of that.
