As some may know, I'm a reviewer which is now trying to make a next step.
I have been researching the key of succes behind servers, especially faction servers. How can one with the same media and resources be better than another one?

I need owners of succesful servers, or people who know something about it. So I can have more insights on this case, and finish my research!

I certainly am aware that the topic of "How to make your server succesful" is commonly asked and many owners refuse to talk about it. But this research would not be public saying " The key to succes" , if you want your methods to remain private, I will promise on my reviewing code that I won't publish it anyway.
