New Server, New Ideas, Built by players and has plenty of $$$$$$$$$
Iam ex owner of Armsreunite, Borderlands and last server Voidcraft.
Iam willing to finance server heavily. If server is great will spend thousands of dollars on advertising, hardest thing is getting people on server.
Mainly looking for plugin devs with experience, dedi server setup experience.
Soon as iam happy with that will start looking builders etc

Davey, as someone else suggested, I would try to market your idea before finding plugin devs. Find out what type of server people are looking for, what plugins/builders you need for it, find/create a map for the world, and then start working on making the plugins. If you have all of this already done when you're finding plugin devs, they will be much more interested. I guarantee it.

I have tryed posting on bukkit forums, and iam contacting a few people. So wont be long before i start expanding the team

If i can sort out, plugin developers. I can start getting a server together and getting a great team together. But really finding it hard to find people with experience.

I have had teams before and i dont want to spend thousands, if i dont have the experience i need. So when i got devs, i can figure out what is possible and work at getting different skills in to join the team.

I know lots about building and Redstone. Also i know some nice fun Minigames that only few servers have but usually make the server very full.

Plugin devs are hard to find. I would suggest looking into your build team first before plugins, that way you figure out what kind of plugins your server should get. I could help with the plugin development if you need it badly though.

You could try Bukkit and work from there, e.g. messaging popular devs and hoping for the best. If not, you could always try here on PMC. As for advertising, I'd recommend attempting to get a video or two on it, whether it's you or a different Youtuber who uploads it.
