Noihara Scarlet Field

Who Are We
The Noihara Scarlet Field, abbreviated as Noihara, is a group of settlers tired of the barbarism of the world, seeking to settle down and build a beautiful kingdom to stand the test of time, and make their mark upon the world.

Jobs
To maximize efficiency, we try to stick to assigned jobs. It is required Noiharans do their best to perform only their chosen role, as to allow the economy to stay together.

Architect - Architects are quite simple: They build the glorious buildings and structures of the Noihara Scarlet Field's glorious kingdoms and cities, and thus are the backbone of the beauty. They are expected to be able to build glorious structures, and turn even simple buildings into appealing works. Special Key: 建築家

Lumberer - Lumberers gather all of the wood used in Noihara, and work hard on deforestation of any potential land. They are expected to be able to have much patience, as lumbering can be hard, yet very rewarding, work. Special Key: 木材カット

Miner - This is a rather self explanatory job for anyone who has played Minecraft for at least an hour. Miners are required to work in the mines, bringing in many precious metals and minerals, such as gold, diamond, lapis and iron. Miners are also required to gather much stone for architects to utilize in their works, and a miner will often be told what to look for, be it iron, gold, diamond, or even stone. We request that if you are gathering stone, you ask a higher-up where, as things will run much smoother if we separate the mine from the stone quarry. Special Key: 鉱夫

Hunter - Hunters go out to find and hunt animals, such as cows, sheep, or pigs. Whether a hunter decides to kill or capture an animal for breeding and further harvesting is up to them, but often they will be paid more for a living animal than merely its hide and meat. Special Key: 猟師

State Alchemist - State Alchemists (Excuse the copyright, Aniplex) are Noiharan alchemists who sell potions to Noiharans. State Alchemists may also sell and produce poisons, but only State Alchemists may produce potions and poisons. A citizen also needs a warrant to buy a poison, which they can get from Lord Nordin, leader of the Noihara Scarlet Field. This system of warrants is to prevent any citizens from being able to harm their fellow citizens. A poison is not merely an elixir which causes damage, but any negative affect, such as slowness or weakness. Special Key: 国家錬金術師

Explorer - Explorers are Noiharans who often get to see the world outside the borders of Noihara. They are usually sent on expeditions to either specific locations, specific directions, or merely to fulfill a map. As such, explorers double as cartographers. Special Key: 捜査官

Smith - Smiths are forgers and crafters of Noihara, and they are the one to see if you need something made. Smiths are capable of repairing and crafting metal weapons, armor, tools and other creations. Anything involving diamonds, iron and/or gold should be taken to a smith for creation or repairs. Special Key: 鍛冶屋

Farmer - Farmers are the backbone of Noiharan society, and the ones who feed us. All farmers are very important people, as they are the ones who keep us alive and sustained, and raise our livestock. Special Key: 農家

Enchanter - Masters of the arcane principles of the world, enchanters and enchantresses are capable of imbuing items with powerful enchantments. Special Key: 魔法使い

City Guard - City Guards serve as peace keepers of the Noihara Scarlet Field, and keep our well balanced order in place. City Guards often are set to patrol an area, or stand guard at key locations. If a citizen needs help or has a problem, the City Guard(s) is the one to seek out for help. Special Key: 警察

Ranks
The Noihara Scarlet Field has a governmental system of a democratic council. Any laws or decisions are brought to the council and then voted upon by the council, lord, and citizens. The lord's votes count for three points, where as a council member's vote counts for two points. A citizen's vote counts for one point. To join the Noihara Scarlet Field, email your selected job's Special Key and your username to negeronthemage@gmail.com.

Laws
As many guilds, the Noihara Scarlet Field has laws its citizens must abide by. These laws are here to keep order, and to allow everything to run smoothly.

1. Follow the laws of the Noihara Scarlet Field.
2. Never act with ill intent towards another Noiharan. If someone has wronged you, go to the City Guard, and inform them.
3. Do not perform another job aside from the one you have chosen. If you would like to quit your current job, seek out Lord Nordin Reecendo and tell him why.
4. Never have any destructive intent against the kingdom. Our architects work very hard, and deserve respect.
5. Respect and listen to your superiors. You are free to state your opinion on a matter, but please do so in a civilized manner.
6. Do not steal from your fellow Noiharans. Guards will never search a house or shop without a warrant.
7. Please work in orderly manners. Miners, create large tunnels so tracks may be laid down. Lumberers, deforest a specified area, or trim the border to allow more space all around.
8. Honor all deals, economical or diplomatic. Never earn a single cent dishonestly, nor ever raise a sword against an ally.
9. Stay away from Creepers. They are too dangerous to fight up close, and should only be dealt with by an archer.

Shinigami
The Shinigami is the Noiharan military. A citizen may join the Shinigami, and earn extra benefits, such as discounts from repairs, cheaper potions from a State Alchemist, and slight lenience from a City Guard.
The Shinigami have ranks and divisions.

Omen Regiment
The Omen Regiment is the division of the Shinigami responsible for patrols and scouting of the surrounding area, outside of the kingdom.

- Oracle -
The Oracle is the leader of the Omen Regiment, deeming when and where it is necessary to scout and search for an enemy. An Oracle must be wise and never act without consideration of what could happen. The Oracle sends out detachments of Seers to investigate the area, and must never send any less than three. Five is the largest a squad should be, but if the Oracle sees it necessary, more may be added.

- Seer -
Seers are the soldiers of the Omen Regiment, going out to scout the area for anyone intruding. Seers must ask any intruders what their business is, and allow them to peacefully turn back if their reason is not sufficiently peaceful. Not until an intruder keeps resisting or attacks, should a Seer attack an intruder.

Revenant Regiment
The Revenant Regiment is the division of the Shinigami responsible for patrolling inside the borders of a Noiharan city, and protecting it from raid, be it by monsters or other humans inhabiting our world.

- Bakemono -
The Bakemono is the leader of the Revenant Regiment, assigning Ayakashi to specified squads, and specified squads to certain locations or patrol routes to guard. The Bakemono should be able to predict where the enemy may attack, and squads should be no smaller than three Ayakashi, and no larger than five Ayakashi, unless the situation calls for more Ayakashi to a squad.

- Ayakashi -
The Ayakashi are the members of the Revenant Regiment, responsible for patrolling or defending specified points in a city, along side their squad, which the Bakemono assigns them to. If they do not recognize someone, an Ayakashi is to ask that person who they are and what their business is. If the person does not answer and merely ignores the Ayakashi, or completely defies them, the Ayakashi is allowed to attack the offender. However, the violence should be kept to a minimum if it can be avoided.

Reaper Regiment
The Reaper Regiment is comprised of the actual soldiers of the Shinigami, those who go out to attack other cities or kingdoms if the need is ever to arise.

- Harbinger -
The Harbinger is the leader of the Reaper Regiment, discussing battle plans with the lord Nordin Reecendo, The Harbinger also assigns Reapers to squads of soldiers for battle. Squad sizes should be no smaller than three Reapers, and there is no size limit, so long as the squad sizes are close enough to each other.

- Reaper -
The Reapers are the actual soldiers of the Shinigami, and as such, are those responsible for any offensive acts of war. The Reapers must be fearless, and never retreat unless commanded to by the Harbinger or Lord Nordin Reecendo. The Reapers must be able to follow their orders and are those who bring us glory and victory in battle.
