If this does end up turning into a group thing, which I'm really excited about, I will run it as a business. Except our income isn't measured in money. We will measure the # of hours played by us. I will try to maximize profit: As many people logging on, as often as possible, and staying logged on as long as possible. That means both MC and Discord.
Also, we get income for ensuring that each and every member forms strong bonds with each and every other member.
Recruiting is done on a word-of-mouth basis. Start with talking over DM. Only if they really want to join, invite them.
