[TEAM INFERNAL] -Recruiting Builders, Developers, and more!-
Team Infernal is a group that focuses on many aspects of Minecraft and general technology. We are fairly new, but our numbers are growing and we're looking to recruit anyone who qualifies.
What We Do
We try to give all our members equal amounts of things to do. We hand out challenges and projects at a normal rate for everyone, and members can opt out of the project / challenge at any time. We have a number of groups to choose from, depending on your preference. They include(but are not limited to):
- YouTube Entertainment
- Graphic Design
- 2D Animation
- 3D Animation
- 3D Modeling
- Plugin Development
- Mod Development
- Build Team
- Team Management
- Writing
- and more!
Once we get enough members for each group, I (and other Team Managers) will hand out projects and challenges to each group. For example, Build Team might get a project like builds for a server / adventure map. We won't give out anything that would take too long. Also, some groups might have a shared project with other groups. For example, Mod Development might be asked to create a mod with models from the 3D Modeling group. We might take a few paid jobs if someone is requesting something done and is offering money to have it done. If we do get some, the funds will be split equally among the group members that worked on the project. We also might some people from different groups and have them work on a big project.

not sure if im gonna join/apply yet, still looking at teams. if i do join i might drag my friend in here too because he can do a shit ton of things with command blocks and stuff, and resource packs, etc. whenever we building a map or something hes the guy who makes all the what you say "functions" or all the command block things that make maps special, and im the guy who build the map it self, currently working on some portal map thing

I can tell what peoples abilities are so I have got quite far in what I do. I have been admin on a server before Managing 2 teams. Build Team and Staff Team. I also owned a build Team before my server.

What would you do if a team member was ruining everyone else's work except his / her own?: I would not kick them because that can sometimes make people lose morale. First I will ask them politely and hope they correspond (Not Threatening them). Then if they do not listen I will have to move them away from that part of the project and takeaway tping privileges
How would you react if a team member began acting as if he were superior to everyone else?: I would ask them politely first to be like everyone else and not be rude but then if they don't listen I will have to decide consequences.
Another Team Manager is abusing their power. What do you do?: If this Team Manager gets reported by one of its users I will step in right away and contact a higher source. However if I do not see them complain I will watch that Team Manager closely making sure they are not abusing and if they are I will first tell the Manager politely to stop and then I will contact higher staff and give him a warning
Will you abuse your power?: I will not abuser my power at all. The only time I may abuse my power is if someone is trying to wind me up on purpose and then I might kick them out of that project.

What would you do if a team member was ruining everyone else's work except his / her own?: If i have the power i would kick them out of the group for violating the community guideline rules, if i did not have the power i would just report them
How would you react if a team member began acting as if he were superior to everyone else?: I would give them 1/3 Strikes and if they continue i would keep striking them

Why do you want to join us?: I currently am in a Development team but I don't feel it getting any where at the moment. I wanna be in a team that has a future ahead of it and my services are up for that challenge. I can improve the team alot by making banners, GFX, Animations, plugins, website, etc. I can do alot and I'd love to have a shot at your team.

Why do you want to join us?: I currently am in a Development team but I don't feel it getting any where at the moment. I wanna be in a team that has a future ahead of it and my services are up for that challenge. I can improve the team alot by making banners, GFX, Animations, plugins, website, etc. I can do alot and I'd love to have a shot at your team.
