Require Good Coaster/Park Builder

The title basically says what I require but to elaborate on this
He/she needs to be able to:
- build quick
- Terraform
- Build Rollercoasters, that are working and nice to look at
- Build Stalls and other park facilities
- Have a fair understanding of redstone
Send me pictures of what you've done and possibly we'll be building together very soon

I might be able to do this, but there are 2 things I want to know:
1. Do you require skype? If so, I wouldn't even bother trying.
2. Do you have WE avaiable? If so, this would help alot. I can do without too, but it takes way longer then.

that sounds like a good build plan I will visit your server and see how it is coming along when you begin it sounds interesting.
