Me and my friend own a minecraft server. We need 5 lucky people to become part of the Philcraft Build Team, You must have a mic and skype. put application in the comments. People who help get Builder Rank on the server. Builder Rank gives you gamemode command.

Sample of Builds you worked on: I can't really show you too many things I've worked on because I haven't been playing to build for a while because of school. I do have my factory on my main server though (This was built before quartz and the half-slabs I put in turned to quartz. Haven't had a chance to fix the damn thing)
Any special skills? I'm average with redstone, fairly good with pixel art.
A little special info: I'm finishing up on for the next three days (Just have finals to do) but then I will be free to do as I want. After monday, I'll have pretty much unlimited time.
