Adding Support for Connected Sandstone/Bookshelf textures for packs? (Optifine)

I'm making an 8x8 pack and I want sandstone and bookshelves to use connected textures when it is enabled with Optifine on, because sandstone and bookshelves look kinda weird without connected textures. Anyone know how to add this? let me know in the comments below
