Does removing the warped_stem.png.mcmeta file remove the animation from the Warped Stem?

Iirc it does hold the animation data. Therefore it should.
Make sure you replace it with an empty mcmeta file though, dont remove the entire file from the game/resourcepack.

- If you remove it from the game files and recompile it, the launcher will download and overwrite the changed version jar.
- If you remove the file itself from the resourcepack, it'll use the already downloaded vanilla mcmeta file
And how do I make an empty mcmeta file?
