Looking for a 1.4.6/1.4.7 Texturepack

Hello everyone, I am currently looking for someone to make my new prison server a custom prison texturepack. I will be willing to give the maker a special rank, however I will need a 16x16 version of the texturepack, a 32x32 version and a 64x64 version. I can help make them, the only reason I am not making the texturepack myself is because I am horrible at thinking of ideas. So if anyone is willing to make the texturepack, I'd be grateful and give full credit + a special title on my server.
