Hey Guy's i need help to find a program what you can give me a link and i can try out. I need a program or some think to make a texture pack like athery Ascended i think i said that Right some one who can give me a link to this program to make texture pack like that i need all the support i can get thanks.

If you want a lower quality editor, Paint.NET is good, as well as with other things, but this wouldn't be the greatest with higher quality. It's still quite fine as HQ.
im gonna asume that you need a programm to create textures
