Edit: Apparently the blue color is too strong so im gonna go fix it up and re-link it. Also here is the texture pack it is gonna go along with http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_ ... ft-557043/

With less saturation, it would probably look too much like a ghast tear. Try adding some facets or giving it a more crystalline shape to make it look like an actual gemstone instead of just a smooth lumpy shape.

In my opinion, I'd make it a more diamond-y color. Right now it looks a little to bluey. IMO it should be more of a light blue kinda.

it really depends on the style your trying to go for in your pack, but without knowing what the pack is like, i would mistake it for lapis

Depends. What does the lapis look like?
Because if you didn't say that was a diamond, I'd have guessed lapis because of how saturated that blue is.

Yeah i see what youre saying. I'm gonna try and reduce the shading and brighten it up a little bit and maybe thatll help. thanks :3
