We are requiring recorders, editors, gfx and streamers to our recording group.
We will be recording many games like ARK, Minecraft, CSGO, Roblox etc..
Whatever content you can bring you can do, You may also upload it
to your own channel and all ad revenue will be shared according to your
videos you upload a month.

"all avenue will be shared". Does that mean any of the people in your group make any money from videos? Because it sounds like freeloading.
