Making "Youtube" Banners!

Hi there,
my name is MigiGamesHD and i am now going to be making a few lucky people a banner for there Youtube channel! I do not usually do this but i thought i would be nice and generous and take time out of my day and create some lucky people banners.
But as you probably guessed i am not going to do it for free. I would just like an offer that you can give me so that someone can help me. It could be a real payment, or even just something like a shout out on your channel about mine. Something like that.
There is an Form to fill out if you would like a banner done and if you want to have the chance for me to make you a banner.
