Need People for a teen Yogscast type RP Youtube Series

Hello, I am Pillymonkey, or The_Panda, and our crew of people need more guys to come and help our Roleplay Series. We need 13-16 year olds! SOME positions have been filled. And By the way, were not all this crap about Roleplay on planet minecraft! We need real teens!
We're Serious here, we are going to try to live up to a goal, "The teen's Of Minecraft"
But here is a list of what we need:
NPC (Non-Playerable Charecters) But you must be good, and write proper english etc.
Builder (We need 2 or 3)
Server Admin (Someone who will take full control of the server, and will deal with the plugins etc.)
Story-writer (Optional)
And We need a Minecraft Skin Tailor, Someone who can make us skins on demand!
THERE ARE NO MAIN CHARECTERS, THEY HAVE BEEN FILLED!
So to Apply, Fill in a form, like this:
1 - Position you are going for
2 - Minecraft Name
3 - Age
4 - Skype Name
5 - Extra Info
6 - Closing Comment
And we will Pick a select few, to come to audition in 1-2 weeks time! Auditions Will be held on a server, but the server IP will not be told unless we have chosen you! If we have, We will notify you asap and tell you the server Ip. If you dont pass the audition we will choose another form on the Forums and take them to the audition. Builders Dont need to audition, Just put your best creation in a PM if we have chosen you

5. i have my own server part time. i am Very experianced in setting up plugins, have fully setup permissions propereties herochat and plguins that require work.
6. i would like to be the server admin because i caould help you create a server taht could be optimized for less RAM usage and increaced stability,

I also have a question of will I have to host the server and if yes then we can make a deal to get a host I know a really good cheap one I use.
