I would suggest figuring out a way to get rid of the keyboard clicking as well. That can get pretty annoying. Also, speak a bit louder and more clearly and speak with proper grammar. Personally, I don't like hearing people talk like, "we be laggin', we be laggin'," or, "we's gon' want to.." It gets really annoying very quickly. I remember liking to talk like that when I was a few years younger, so it could just be an age thing. But try to speak to the audience you want to get, not the audience you have.

You can always use a voice changer but is not recommended ...

Well honestly so-far your mic is creating too much background noise and your video is laggy so...

I'm not ganna lie it's ganna be SOOO hard for you to get anywhere considering your young, audio is bad, and video is laggy

More than likely the background noise is being generated by your mic. Try updating the software or the firmware if there is an update for either. Otherwise a new mic might solve the humming noise.
