QuickTime Player should come free with the macbook. It can do screen recordings depending on what version you have.

Hopefully this helped,although Screenflow is much better (costs money but better) Quicktime is the best free option for mac.

just use quiktime with microphone on. trust me a built in program with be most suitable.
