Stick with it :-D It takes a while but youtube is an amazing platform. Maybe try to branch out to more games though? As minecraft still gets views but it's not something you can completely depend on with a channel anymore. Keep up the good work. -Ben

Aka. He's pointing out that creating videos on servers, in Minecraft isn't original at all, and that your channel is kinda Just another Minecraft Youtube channel no matter how many servers you slap into your channel.

No offense intended but the start of that video made me immediately close the window.
"Mineplex is broke" is also a headline which has an averse affect on me, especially since the statistics don't quite collaborate with your headline: there are still thousands of users playing there. Just because it doesn't work for you doesn't automatically mean it's broken. Mineplex isn't broken, hence your video immediately loses some appeal with me.
Why not go for: "Sharing a major problem with Mineplex...". That would at least tell me that you're sharing an opinion and even gave it a bit of thought.
