This is definitely not for json. This uses minecraft's own syntax.
If you put this command or the nbt after the 1st curly bracket into a json validator itll come up with errors

or you could just do:
for a more vanilla like version, with 9 damage (1 more from netherite as per the pattern of swords) and normal attack speed.
No need for sharpness 1000
