Use weebly or enjin its free to use and comes with preset design you can use

Well Weebly may work but after your premium trial if Enjin goes away after about a week after creating your site it takes away almost everything so he would have to start paying about $9.99 a month for Enjin premium if he wanted a decent site.

The colors are SUPER BRIGHT and really hurt my eyes. Also, the design leaves a lot of be desired. Almost the whole page is empty and nearly all of what little is there is off to one side. Center the text and make everything larger to take more space on the page, since there is very little content anyway. This whole site would look about a million times better with embedded Youtube videos that have recently been posted on the channel and an integrated forum instead of having giant, obtusive links to other sites.

The forum doesn't work, and the colors are a bit annoying. Mabye switch to a bit darker colors, but other than that, it's nice.
