It's a bit late, but if you want an opinion, knock the price of the monitor down and upgrade the GPU. 750Ti is fine, but you can get better for $850. Besides, if anything, a monitor is probably one of the easiest parts of a setup to upgrade. Buy one for $100 or something, you really won't notice the difference.
