Alright, so i had a topic not long ago about a really beastly pc that i was going to buy but it went for over 2000$ and i think that's a bit overpriced. My question is, can i get a good system for 1800$ or lower? i want it to be able to handle most new games (for example bf4) at a smooth fps rate with low lag. I would also love if the pc was able to do a little bit of video rendering/editing and 3D modelling.
Thanks a bunch for helping me out!
Note: I would like to have some form of nividia gtx card and intel processor, not Amd

I got a new one on my mind as well. So far, this one is perfect for my desires. It has 1080p graphics and can easily run with 200 fps on battlefield. I have a friend who does own it and it runs perfectly without lag ever! Extremely recommend this one.

Horrible computer. You could build a better one for 100$ less.
GTX 660 on bf with 200 FPS? In my dreams, my 770 can't even do that on the lowest settings, a 660 can run it on medium with no MSAA and ultra texture quality with 50-60 fps though.

Plus AMD has mantle, which makes BF4 run faster.
1
To be honest, I don't think Mantle will be utilized in many games, IMO, they used it on Battlefield 4 to get the hype up. I'm currently using a 770, and I never drop below 50 fps on BF4, when the cap my monitor can display is 60.
1
You're right, unless Nvidia picks up mantle, or makes even a better one (I heard they were working on one?) But since mantle is open source, who knows.

Wow part are way more expensive in Sweden. The build you have is pretty good. If you can find a cheaper 770 or r9 280x I'd consider getting that instead of your current GPU.

Indeed we have. You don't know about any good american sites that ship worldwide or smiliar?

Could you list some stores that you could buy from in Sweden?

Yes of course. We have:

no no no no, thats a worse build, for more, go with Randomness3333's build, its cheaper and better. And for the building issue, it's not hard, it basically is plug and place, no "building", everything is set out for you.
1
You are probably right. I might go with Randomness3333's build because it looks really sweet. Also, is Microsoft Windows 8.1 - 64-bit - OEM (64-bit) capable of running in swedish? since im from sweden i want an operative system in my own language. Im quite a noob at computer hardware/software in general so i would love if you told me because i have no idea

You can get an amazing system for 1800$. However, you don't need to spend all that to handle modern games at ultra with 60 fps at 1080p. This will be a great computer for you.

If you ever need more performance you can always add in another 780 for SLI.

Isnt that GPU a bit overkill?
1
Yeah but NEXT GEN GAMES, almost all the next gen games I've seen are like crysis >.>, also the build is 700 dollars less than what the dude was asking for, so why not.

I might want to pick a different chassi because i want my pc to look like a beast
Is this to build by yourself or is it put together for you? i have never built a pc before so im not that confident about doing it by myself, what if i break something?? O:

it depends what you mean on "good." i have a neat lil HP pavillion elite with 4 gigs but an overkill graphics card. the computer itself cost $1200, and this graphics card was about $150. I suggest getting a GTX if you want to play BF4. I use a GT630 on my other computer. It's pretty good, just it can't play high-end games very well.
EDIT: for single-thread games, you don't need a super-deluxe intel i7 or anything. Go with a mid-end proccessor.
