That's probably going to be the next remake. Maybe... They've been going in order of release date.
I'm honestly sad I'm not a part of this, though. I've always liked the base concept, but I don't have the money to spare, and I feel as if Pokemon is slowly becoming overused.

Even though I'm a major Pokemon fan, this doesn't excite me. I'm 18, almost 19, so I didn't really grow up with Pokemon. Heck the first game I played was Diamond. I've never played the first 3 gens (not counting Soul Silver), so to me, I prefer the newer games to the older. Whenever I try to play a ROM of the older games, I get bored since it's so slow to me. But I guess it's nice to see a remake.

Yes! I've been looking forward to this for ages! Ever since I talked to the guy in the hotel in X & Y, about the hot springs and such, I knew there would be a remake of these, Nintendo was teasing us, but now it's official! With gen 3, some people either hated it, or loved it.. I loved it, and I'm so stoked for these! <3 <3 <3
Eh... Emerald/Sapphire/Ruby were my least favorite Pokemon games just after Black and White. I'll probably still eventually buy a 3DS or a 2DS so I can play X and Y though.

Wow that is a really different opinion. I can honestly say that I have never heard that. Emerald, Sapphire, and ruby are about equivalent in popularity with first gen games. But i guess it had to be someone that had them at their least favorite Pokemon games
