Best Graphics Card for under $170
I have a $200 budget, and I need to upgrade my PSU as well.
So basically $170 and less would be nice.
SPECS:
Intel Core 2 Duo e8500 @ 3.16 GHz
4 gigs of ram
300w PSU (soon to be upgraded)
And I'm looking to get 60+ FPS, default (medium) settings while recording.

The best you're going to get for ~$170 is a nVidia GeForce GTX 650 ti with 2GB GDDR5. Here's a link to Newegg's offer.

What are you upgrading your PSU to? a 300w PSU is pretty insufficient..
