Well I prefer using an SSD + ATX case for more room. My setup that I will be buying is like 1100$ and isn't as good as that. I'll post my parts
A full tower? You don't need one. An SSD also isn't needed at that low of a budget.
I'm a first time builder and it's nice to have room.
ALSO: Please don't tell me you're gonna put and R9 on a micro motherboard
Full ATX Tower cases are the sort of cases that look like home theater speakers. They're very big. You will have plenty of room in an ATX Mid Tower. I built my first computer in a MicroATX Tower.
ColbaltHDAfootplutoColbaltHDYour not very bright thinking that mine was sarcasm as well.
It is midnight and i am half asleep.
How can you be half asleep? You mean tired? Because I don't believe someone who sits on the computer all day is tired.
I'm asking you to leave this thread right now because you can't seem to stop

I would also prefer 4 R9 295X and Dual 12-core Xeon but i don't think that will fit in the budget.

You will have room in a mid sized case, and even miniatx cases, you will have room.
And why not? Why would the size of a motherboard matter?

Actually it's not worth the price increase. It's not cramped at all and very fun even for the first time. And yes, it would be fine if he did that.

I had one on mine for about a year.

If OP wants to get his OS from softwareswap, then go with Randomness's build. If not, then mine.
u can get the os from softwareswap.

Bit over your budget, but will definitely do the trick.
You can get Windows 8.1 for about $10 or $15 from /r/softwareswap, and you most likely won't need the features the "Pro" edition gives you.

Why the same motherboard as the H97 but micro? It just costs more for a smaller form factor. There is also cheaper memory and you can find a 280x for cheaper.
You're not going to get much better than this for that budget. It really isn't worth the extra money for a green case. Also, Randomness forgot an OS.

GTA V isn't even out for PC yet so you can't build a system around a game you don't know the needed specs for.
If it can run on a xbox 360, it can run just fine on a $800 PC.
They optimize it for 360, meaning they tone down a lot of stuff. Visuals ect.
You can play GTA and DayZ with an 800$ build but you may not get the best frames
What are you talking about? For 800 dollars you can max out any game at 60 frames...
@OP, like others are saying, I wouldn't recommend that case.

Really?? Can you give me an example of parts that would demonstrate that?

Why that case and not one from as better brand that has better quality? That case is 60$ and doesn't even have front panel usb 3.0.
Apevia cases are horribly built and you shouldn't buy from them. Find one you like from Corsair, NZXT, Fractal Design, Silverstone, or Coolermaster.
