That build will be sufficient for 1080p 60fps on high/ultra. I made it a red black theme like you wanted. Do you need peripherals or no?

Here's what I got for ya: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/gkBTTW This should run nearly any game at insanely high fps with max settings, as I included two badass graphics card, while still staying under your budget.
Also note that a 32 GB SSD is rather silly, as you'll be using up some substantial space regardless. I bought the 120 GB SSD and 1TB HD and install all my programs on the HD yet have about 50 GB remaining on my SSD, though I try my best not to use it.

Build isn't the worst (other than peripherals, don't get Razer unless you want low quality products), but you can do better.
You might as well wait until the new AMD cards are released to see if they affect prices. Anyway, I need to know what resolution/refresh rate that you will be playing at. You most likely will be fine with a <$1000 build such as this one.
