What is this computer going to be used for?
I will be playing CoD: AW and Minecraft. I will also be recording (maybe) and of course editing.
What is your budget?
$1,400 USD
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
I do have a Microcenter near by.
What is included in the budget?
The monitors are included in the budget.
Will you be overclocking?
I will not be overclocking, but that might change in the future.
Will you be reusing any parts?

What OS do you want?
I already have a copy of Windows 8.1
Any specific case preferences?

I threw together a bunch of parts for you. It comes out to around $1265 CAD but I converted it and it comes out to around $1015 USD so you should definately have enough for a keyboard, mouse and monitor (within reason) Here is the list I came up with (and feel free to criticize me for my part picking skills.)

If you want wifi. You can pick up a usb dongle for cheap.

Like the title of the spoiler says, you're getting very nice performance for your budget with this PC. Although it's now a little on the old side, the 290x is still an excellent card and can drive almost any game at maximum settings at over 60fps on a single 1080p monitor. You could always just save $350 for a new AMD GPU as well, as they are coming out in only about a month or two (hopefully less than that!). The build has a nice little blue theme and has a window in the case should you choose to display it. The 750w PSU leaves plenty of headroom for loads and overclocking, as well as for a new AMD GPU if you decide to jump for one.

Good luck with your build!

LatouthScrew that.
1,400 USD?
Damn.
I paid around 400 Cad, and run minecraft at around 800fps..

Ye.. Im a boss.
Cant say im not.
Im actually gonna make a pcpartpicker checklist of what-i-already-got.
Just for reference for people.

I'd be thoroughly impressed if you spent 400 CAD and got 800 FPS in Minecraft without getting some parts free/re-using parts.

Mind you, my brother did give me some stuff like Motherboard, RAM, for free.

I also found a pcpartpicker checklist at around $1253.54 USD.

You should be able to get a very good computer with that budget. Especially since you're close to a Microcenter, and already have your OS.

Note Considering GPU I listed
You might want to consider waiting a while, and go for the Radeon 3xx series for your GPU, considering that it might be just around the corner, and it's supposed to crush all modern-day GPUs. However, if you want to get the build now, the 290x is a solid card.

Note Addressing the Remaining Money Left out of the Budget
I left about $290 out of the budget for your mouse and keyboard (and possible second monitor, as theshadbusher so rudely mentioned after I finished the build, lol).

Recommended Peripheral Route
Here are some keyboard I'd recommend:
CM Storm Quickfire Rapid (Keyboard I have. Tenkeyless keyboard)
CM Storm Quickfire TK (Basically Quickfire Rapid, but not Tenkeyless)
Ducky Zero (My friend's keyboard. Feels very solid)
NZXT Shine 3 (My friend owns it, and refuses to let me even touch "his baby")

Here are some brands that I recommend you avoid like the plague:
Razer
Logitech
Alienware
Non-Cherry MX Keyboards

Mouses are something I can't help you with. I've used the same mouse for like 8 years now.

@PC Group members that are actually on,
You guys should contribute more. xP
