Having 8GB of RAM will still allow you to get a second R9 380 if you wanted. The amount of RAM won't impact your graphics cards' performance.
The motherboard only supports AMD CrossFire which is fine because I put an AMD R9 380 in the build. The case will be able to fit two cards in as it is an ATX case so inherently has space for at least 2 graphics cards.

Yeah this build will dominate Minecraft. You won't have any trouble with frame rates even if you had an internet browser open at the same time. Even though the 4460 is the cheapest Haswell-Refresh i5, it is still very strong. As for the 380, it will perform very well and will allow you to run shaders if you wanted that.
Only thing I'd say is that if you wanted to run modpacks with like 100 mods in, you might want to source some additional RAM to get the best performance.

later on i want to be able to have 2 GPU's running so for that I'm guessing ill have to up the ram a lot and i don't know if the motherboard has enough space for another GPU and if the case fits? could u take a look for me

I'd just like to step in for Killertoad, and post this. It's significantly better than your current build, but I didn't include an OS. You can get one through Progressively Interacting Respectfully And Testing Internet Network Guests for it. But I don't condone testing network guests, because it can be against the laws in some cases, but when done privately, will likely not go wrong. My daily driving computer's Operating System was acquired through a very nice Network Guest, who I was very respectful to in my progressive interactions with him. Or you can get one for really cheap on /r/microsoftsoftwareswap, which is often a cheap alternative to buying an OS for $100.
But here's the list

That build you linked would be a lot more than £500. The majority of the parts there aren't priced as they're quite old. You'd be looking at above £1000 for something like that, but again, you probably wouldn't buy that now as the parts are a few generations old and lack any upgrade path.
Also that motherboard isn't the same socket as the 3770k CPU so the processor wouldn't fit into it.
I quickly knocked this up. It won't compete with the 3770k/Titan build that you posted but it is on a newer platform than the AMD you were originally going to go with and will have the same if not better performance than the original list you gave.

Ok Thanks, how much fps will games like minecraft run at as my brother is using a 250£ pc and can hit highs of 920 fps on low settings and i want to be able to get 60fps or higher with ultra settings on.

Will fit without doubt, the thing you are looking for mainly is the GPU length, the case supports GPU's of about 29cm. And the GTX 960 is about 22cm so this isn't a problem.
And the rest will also easily fit, the motherboard is micro ATX and on the site from NZXT it says that the noctis 450 can support mATX motherboards (m for micro). The rest speaks for itself and will fit guaranteed ^^
Hope this helps you!
