You need a better computer if you want to run Minecraft at a playable framerate.

No. My old Pentium D is much better than that CPU, and it holds back any GPU that could otherwise push more than 50 FPS in Minecraft.

You might need to install optifine to get it run smooth. But since you say "can my computer run minecraft" why dont you just install minecraft on it???
