Hey guys and gals, I need help with a little something, a favor.
I was building a PC for $1200 and I realized, it would take me a while to earn that money. So I downgraded my budget to $500, blut flexible to up $100 more.
What is this computer going to be used for?
Recording videos. I want to be able to run Minecraft at decent settings, while running shaders, while recording
What is your budget?
$500-$600
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
St. Michael, Minnesota. Yes, I live near a Microcenter
What is included in the budget?
Windows 8.1 and 1TB Hard Drive
Will you be overclocking?
No, just need a PC that can handle recording.
Will you be reusing any parts?
If you are reusing parts list them here.
What OS do you want?
I want Windows 8.1
Any specific case preferences?
Nope
Any other special features that you want in the build?
1TB Hard Drive, and Internet Access.

I am seeing alot of builds, but someone always ends up pointing out a bad part or so. Which one should I go with?

If you wanted to get the OS from a website instead of reddit, mine. If not, then 53.

The r9 270 is MUCH better than the GeForce 630. The APU on the A10-7850k is better than the GeForce 630 (that's not good).
http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php
Passmark score of r9 270: 4217
Passmark score of GeForce 630: 735

My CPU is loads better than yours, and only costed $30 or so more. Why did you choose a 3rd generation i3 processor? You could have spent $100, and gotten this. Why did you spend $100 on a PSU, when your estimated wattage was 1/3 the amount the PSU was supplying? You could get a Gold PSU for $30, and that's an extra $70 you could have spent on either a better GPU or CPU.

You're going to need a decent CPU and a decent GPU for this build.... and that's all my knowledge input-ed in :p
But seriously, 75% of your budget is going to end up going to the GPU and CPU. If I were you, I'd wait.

This would perform pretty well, you could get a higher capacity power supply if you wanted to get a discrete video card in the future.

This should do everything you want. I wasn't sure what you meant by "internet connectivity". If you mean through ethernet (when you plug a cord into the computer to get into the internet), you should be fine. If you meant WiFi, however, I recommend spending $19 more and getting this. I know the build is just slightly over your budget, but it's really worth it. trust me.

Woops. Forgot to say, you can get the OS for $15 on /r/softwareswap, and seeing as you live in the US it shouldn't be too hard.

For this budget, I'd either go with a pentium, or a i3. Or a fx 6300.

And go with the 7870ghz, it's ~20 dollars cheaper.

Yes, but at the price that the i5 is at, you're going to be really better off with it. The 7870GHz is out of stock. the r9 270, however, isn't.

Updated build with r9 270:

The shaders part is difficult, you may want to be rather flexible on budget or flexible on that.

I have up to $600. I can't really go any higher than that. On my $300 laptop can run shaders ok. I can make it work.
