Hey guys! I am wondering if I should get an Asus (I dont know what model, but it needs to be a desktop), an Acer Predator, a Falcon Northwest (I may not be getting this) or an Alienware x51? PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT BUILDING A PC. I SIMPLY DO NOT WANT TO. I WANT TO GET A PREBUILT Post in the comments your experiences with these computers and what desktops Asus has to offer (Please note that I have only 1500 dollars to spend). Also, feel free to give me other prebuilt desktop gaming PC options. Thanks!!!

If the servers are like ArmA 2/3 servers (Which I assume they are, as the DayZ standalone is made from the ArmA 2 engine), that means that the server is what gives you your FPS. If you have a crappy, slow server, then your fps will be a lot lower than on single player. For example, a 780 will run ArmA 3 super fast, at 100+ fps on ultra. But on Atlis life, it runs it a lot slower, 40ish FPS. But I may be wrong, as I haven't played with DayZ standalone, let alone the server software.

Guys. I think you'll like what I found. It's cheaper than the Gamer Xtreme 5000 and better.

Check out the Fang III Viper

Tell me what you think.

The Gamer extreme 5000 is much better. It has a GTX 780 while the one you found only has a 760. The 780 is about twice as powerful as a 760. Get the Gamer extreme 5000 with a i5-4670k. You won't need the i7 and you will save 100$

@Killertoad I wouldn't be playing the DayZ Mod. I would be playing DayZ Standalone.

The standalone is on the same engine as ArmA 2, it's almost exactly the same.

Sorry. I have $1500 and I would like to spend it wisely. I just want to know which one out of the three choices runs the fastest.

Since you must get a prebuild, the Cyberbuypower PCs suggested buy Killertoad are the best you can get and only about 150$ overpriced!

The acer does. It has a 770 in it, which will run every game on high/ultra. But as I said before, the cyberpowerpc is 10 dollars cheaper, and is just a tiny bit faster, it has a better processor, and if you wanted to go all out, get the 780 in the cyberpowerpc, and you can easily get 120+ fps on battlefield 4 on ultra, and depending on which dayz server (I dunno if its like ArmA 2/3) you'll range from 50-150 fps.

Jeez. Is it a big deal that I don't want a cyberpower pc? Stop trying to sell me on a computer. Oh, what company is paying you to tell me this?

Don't listen to him. And the falcon tiki, is WAYYYY over priced, its 2k for a 750 ti....you can get a little computer for 500 dollars (I got proof/links) and it will run as fast, if not faster than that.... The alienware is not worth the money, your best bet is the acer predator, since you don't like cyberpowerpc...I dunno why...

I'd get the Alienware x51.
People always say it's overpriced and that it sucks!
That CyberPower PC that the other dude showed you is worse than the i7 Alienware x51. Compare the specs to the alienware x51.

Alienwares specs are 10x better
Plus the CyberPower PC costs more!

Heres what you should get!

http://www.dell.com/us/p/alienware-x51- ... are-x51-r2

This Alienware x51 Is super fast! And its about 300$ Less than the CyberPower PC.
The Processor goes up to 3.9 Ghz and the graphics card can be either AMD or Nvidia GTX 760 Ti

Unlike the CyberPowerPC which goes up to 3.5 Ghz.

Trust me Alienware is the one for you!

No....the cyberpowerpc specs are better....clock speed isn't everything? Also, the amd card is a 270, which is very slow compared to a 770, or a 780....You don't know what your talking about dude, just stop...

What's bad about the cyberpower? It's cheap for all that you get, it's the closest you're gonna get, other then building one yourself.

KillertoadNo, drop the alienware. The best option with the x51, is highly, HIGHLY overpriced. The computer isn't worth maybe 700-800 dollars. If you want something good, look into cyberpowerpc, since you don't wanna ugh build a pc....

Here is a good one for you
http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Gamer_Xtreme_4000

or a bit faster (a bit higher too)

http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Gamer_Xtreme_5000

Man those two look amazing.

Wish i was 18 and had a credit card..... and had a job.

(the Predator AG3-605-UR39(Asus Predator) is the closest to this^)
But the cyberpowerpc will be faster, and is 10 dollars cheaper.
