You could go to places where people get tips and ask the manager if you can just work for tips. Won't be a lot, but money is money

That is a pretty terrible build, the case doesn't even have a price.
Answer these so we can help you.
What is this computer going to be used for?
List what you will be doing with your computer.
What is your budget?
Include amount and currency.
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
Your country lets us know what sites you can order from. If you have a nearby Microcenter they have some great in-store only deals that you can take advantage of.
What is included in the budget?
Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Will you be overclocking?
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.
Will you be reusing any parts?
If you are reusing parts list them here.
What OS do you want?
Say which OS you want or say if you already have a copy of one.
Any specific case preferences?
Size, color, etc.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
Stuff like an SSD, large hard drive, RAID, and wifi[/quote]

Or figure out a way to set up an allowance with your parents, that's what I did and I don't really have money problems yet I'm not a big spender. (I only shop maybe 3 times a year for ~$100 at a time.
I do the same; I let my money pile up until I have enough for what I want and then buy it. It's usually a video game or something of the sort.

Find that rich uncle and ask him for money.

Well, you could try and gather money in the following ways.
1)
Gather money from your birthday
2)
Do a lot of chores, or work for other people
3)
Sell some of your old stuff
Hope this helped, at least a little. Gaming builds can be expensive (I know the feeling)

You might be able to reduce the price a bit if you let us look at the parts list, you might have some unnecessary items.

I think he was joking about the price. It's 1333.7, which spells out LEET

I know, doesn't seem like a troll when he has this other information.

Learn to code. It's a good way to make a bit of cash when you start, and sometimes it leads into something much bigger ^_^
Start with some html and css which is all website layout and design.
For customers you can ask server owners if they need a new website (portal page?)
Just don't come asking for paid customers on PMC
Edit: Nice price by the way

Get a job. Even if no local businesses will hire you because of your age, plenty of people need yard work done and many people don't have the time or the patience to do it.
1
I have the same problem but im only 12 and I am lacking the funds to even buy a decent recording software does anyone have any ideas?
1
Not much you can do to get money at your age, unless you're really good at art, then you could commission people.
1
What do u mean by comission.
----------
I am somewhat good at arts. I draw stuff but I keep them in like a binder covered in dict tape

As in, they request you to draw them something, and they pay you.
In art, a commission is the hiring and payment for the creation of a piece, often on behalf of another. Artwork may be commissioned by private individuals, by the government or businesses.
