@OP while there is nothing exactly wrong with your build, its going to be way overkill for your needs. If you are just dying to spend your money go for it, otherwise a cheaper build, such as the one random posted, is going to plenty. In fact, you could probably be just fine dropping your graphics card down to a gtx 770.

This is much better suited to your needs. That motherboard is not worth 300 dollars. You don't need 16GB of RAM or an i7 for gaming. You don't need a 780ti for only 1080p. You don't need a full-tower case or a 1000W PSU.

Well, if you're just using it for gaming, then go with the i5-4670k. It gets the same performance in games as the i7-4770k. But is also a lot cheaper. I'd also stay with the 780ti, if you can afford it. (More of a bragging right :b)

Also, @chrix12, adding another 2gb card, to one that already has 2gb, will not total out to 4gb. It's not like ram, it will stay at two, you'll just have 2, 2GB video cards.

What is this build for? You don't need a 780ti unless you are doing 4k/1440p or three 1080p monitors.

Why in the hell do you need two 1080p monitors? Whatever happened to, you know, 1 monitor...

Lol, two 1080p monitors isn't uncommon. If he wants two 1080p monitors, and he can afford the GPU(s) and the monitors, let the man get two monitors.

I have two 1080p monitors and I use one GTX 770 2GB. Has no issues.

Instead of getting 780 Ti, I would SLI 2x GTX 770. You'll have total of 4GB memory (1GB more) and more hz (up from the 875Mhz to 2x 1.06Ghz and can be overclocked) for slighly less price. I don't thnk the Ti can be overclocked.

Also add an SSD for OS to speed us the system (not more performance though).

You don't need 1000W. Even 850W is more than enough to SLI 2 GTX 770.

But do you really need this kind of system? What do you use it for?

very Nice as i see, but from my impression you could push down the motherboard a bit, as long it supports the ram speed and type, and of course the CPU.
