If see on the photo, that your video card is not very good at gaming, but at http://www.notebookcheck.net they sad that the AMD Radeon HD 6320 is slitghy better that the Geforce 7800 GS!
So, technicaly should this game work with you!
But you need to lower the quality quite a bit!

You need a 2GB processor, you have 1.65. You may be able to run it. You should ask the pro's.. Not me xD I got that info from the site.

I presume that's the graphics card built into the motherboard. Everything else is fine for playing the game. If you want to play and not upgrade your graphics card you'll probably end up running at the lowest graphics settings or face lots of FPS drop.
