It looks pretty good. I'd wait for a second opinion, though.
The GT 820M is not a very powerful GPU. You'd be best off with a laptop like this, which has a really nice A10 APU and a midrange GPU which work together in Crossfire. The APU itself can run the games you listed pretty well (not so much Minecraft with shaders though), and when combined with the dedicated GPU, you'd probably be set.
