I spent a while looking around for keyboards, in the end I settled on one but it turned out to be US layout and lacked keys I use and repositioned others. I'm in need help finding a new UK layout keyboard under £50, I wouldn't mind something backlit like my old one, but the main thing is it works well and looks cool!
Anyone got any ideas?
P.S. I'm new to the forums so correct me if this is in the wrong place.

LOGITECH K200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SIMPLE
CHEAP
AND WORKS PERFECTLY
WATER PROOF!
And it it gets sticky you can just click off the keys and clean them
*However the struts on the back seems to be weak, i have two k200s but both their stuts are broken*
I bought it for 11£ / 18$

I like my MK320, it's pretty similar, but is wireless.

In the long run, it's all opinion

I just use logictech keyboards, they're typically between $30-100, last ages, and feel really nice in the hands.

Go for non-mechanical keybaord, Logitech has pretty bad ones under $50, but TT eSports have some quite decent ones.
Make sure NOT to buy from a big store, either get from interwebz or a small part selling shop.

what is wrong with one of these?
its a keyboard
it has keys
it types...
it is wired
it doesnt need to cost hundreds of pounds/bucks
you dont need a fancy keyboard to pay games..mine is basicly one of these and it works a treat..it doesnt get picked up my microphone etc..

I personally use the Corsair K70 with red Cherry switches, but they just released a cheaper, more budget oriented KB with unlimited color and customization options: The Raptor K40: http://www.corsair.com/us/gaming-periph ... board.html In my opinion, Corsair has better keyboards than Razer, and the K40 is probably the best silicon dome keyboard you can buy.

Love my G510s
Great gaming features, keys are a bit stiff at first but they become smooth after a few days
Each key backlit with full color support
Software supports most popular games

Not sure about your Budget, but if you increase it a little more, you're looking at getting a Razer Black widow, fully mechanical, and the specs on it are amazing, It can really take a beating if you ask me works perfectly fine and I've spilled pop on it, smashed it, pounded it. It's definitely worth the investment. The weight of this is about 1 pound to prevent it from sliding. Anyways, I'd reccomend a Razer Black Widow
Here is a Picture of Mine, Keep in mind it's not the best quality picture

The keyboard is almost just like the CM storm except with green lights , I have the CM storm ultimate quickfire mx brown full white LED, 109 USD for a great mechanical keyboard

Definitly a good option, is each letter is backlit or is it just the surroundings of the keys?

Razor Backlit is indeed a good option, it is anywhere between 30-60 euros depending on currency, location(shipping was cheaper for me than buying it in my own country) and version, but overall it is a good keyboard with lighting and it looks cool and very user friendly. Therefor it is not that custom, though.

Just go and pick up a $5 keyboard from the store! You don't need a gaming keyboard, they don't have any extra use.

I have heard it's pretty good, but it's far from the best quality but affordable, lit and with some extra buttons. I think the keyboard is called "Microsoft Sidewinder X4".
You can see how the Nordic edition looks like here: http://cdon.se/hemelektronik/microsoft/keyboard-microsoft-sidewinder-x4-keyboard-nordic-p8983266
You'll have to find one in your contry at your own, also sorry for site being in Swedish so you'll have to translate it. It recieved mostly positive reviews on this page.
I myself use Logitech G510s, a great keyboard with custom macros, colour and gaming profiles, but if you need one great keyboard you'll have to save up some more.
