Im looking for a second monitor. Please place your recommendations below,

SPECS
-At least 1980x1080 resolution
-I dont really want speakers mounted on it, i already have my own, and i dont need to spend additional money on built in speakers.
- High quality monitor
-And i prefer if it had a HDMI port, DVI with it would be awesome.
- UNDER $200
